She'll no doubt be wearing angelic white when she walks down the aisle, but on the evening before her marriage to George Clooney, Amal Alamuddin stepped out in devilish red.
The British human rights lawyer wore a stunning waterfall gown, with black oozing into the scarlet shade, a matching lipstick and her hair perfectly coiffed into a voluminous side parting, in Venice on Friday night.
Wearing a wide smile on her face, Amal looked happy as she left the exclusive five-star Belmond Cipriani Hotel on the nearby island of Giudecci, with her suited and booted husband-to-be George and their family and friends.

Clooney wore a dark navy suit and an unbuttoned white shirt for the evening, and it seems the groomsmen would be heading to the evening's venue separate from the bridal party.
The Oscar-winning actor led his best man Rande Gerber - husband of Cindy Crawford - onto a speedboat along with his long-time producing partner Grant Heslov and a number of suited gents all enjoying what looked like some fine liquor.
Amal was given a helping hand down to her speedboat, and she was joined by her mother Baria, sister Tala and a number of other female members of her family and friends.

Before the boats left it looked like George was offering his soon-to-be wife a drink for the journey, as he was pointing at his glass as he spoke to her from her across the Venetian canal.
George spent his final night as a single man downing tequila shots and vintage red wine with his groomsmen.
During the meal the group were presented with thousands of pounds worth of vintage 2010 Sassicaia red wine, which costs up to £250 a bottle - a wedding present from restaurant owner Giovanni Fracassi.
Rande Gerber also brought several bottles of tequila, which the group enjoyed after their dinner at the exclusive eatery.
They also posed for photos for a specially hired photographer who will be capturing every moment of their wedding weekend, not just for the happy couple, but also US Vogue who have bought the exclusive rights to the pictures on the day.

Despite it's illustrious reputation, the intimate eatery shuns the extravagant atmosphere of its rival restaurants instead favouring a rustic setting.
